Meatballs - Grandma Rose

2 lbs. Hamburger
4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Salt
1/2 cup plain bread crumb
1 small clove garlic minced

Fry in oil or microwave (?). 1 minute per meatball.
Makes 24 meatballs.
